What Should I Eat If I Have Eosinophilic Esophagitis?

Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) is a chronic immune condition that inflammation of the esophagus, the tube the connects the mouth to the stomach. Those with EoE may find certain triggers, specifically foods, that worsen the condition. If left untreated, EoE can eventually cause strictures and fibrosis of the esophagus, leading to serious consequences.
