  1. 1 handful of chopped organic kale
  2. 1 handful of raw organic spinach
  3. 1/2 cup roughly chopped cucumber (deskin)
  4. 1/2 cup roughly chopped celery
  5. 1/4 avocado
  6. 1/2 lemon, juiced
  7. 1tsp fresh grated ginger
  8. 1/2 to 1 medium apple or pear
  9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro)
  10. 1 cup filtered water
  1. Add all of the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
