Ingredients
  1. 1 box of high protein macaroni noodles
  2. 1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
  3. 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 2 cup frozen mixed veggies (peas, corn, string beans, etc.)
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Boil the pasta noodles according to package directions. Strain the noodles and place back in the pot.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all of the spices together in a small bowl.
  3. To the warm, cooked pasta noodles add the spice mixture, cheeses and veggies and mix until well combined.
