You’ll dive deep into each of these concepts and how you can begin the journey of weaving them into your life. Week by week, you’ll start breaking free from all the fear, stress, and anxiousness surrounding dieting and body image.
Each week, you’ll complete readings, journaling, and other assignments to enhance and reinforce the concepts covered during your session. Recognizing that this is not a quick fix, the Intuitive Eating experience sets you up for positive health patterns for the long-run.
Who Should Try This Program?
You should try the Intuitive Eating (IE) program if you feel ready to get deep and make peace with the past. If you’re done with the roller coaster ride of dieting: excitement that this could really work, torture as you force yourself to commit, and then disappointment and hopelessness as it comes to an end.
